Schönox accepted the task to renovate a subfloor within the historic Carolina Theatre in Greensboro, NC. Opened in 1927, the Theatre now attracts 90,000 people annually. Management wanted to renovate a floor of the building for use as a smaller venue for debuts and community events. The main challenge was a floor that reflected every one of the Theatre’s 86 years of use. Schönox provided the subfloor solutions to renovate the area without deconstruction efforts.
